Yeah Yeah Yeahs talks about Top 100 Songs of All Time

So where do we start? 'Show Your Bones, "published in 2006, what happened after the album and tour?

Karen O: Um ... I think in the spring of 2007 we recorded our EP ', is', and then we have just a handful of shows in it states. And thenin December of  Top 100 Songs of  All Time this year, we started writing this record, so ... yes. Um, and then we wrote all last year, as kind and out.

What starts the burning process? Are you going to do for a while 'and have the time, just doing other things, and then together again?

Karen O: Yeah, more or less. You have to kind of  the fame lady gaga decompression for a while ', and it takes a little' to decompress from a recording cycle and a cycle touring exhibition. My God, I do not even know how to explain it, how long it takes, you know. Shortly after re-setting of type in your Top 100 Songs of All Time real life, that when you start thinking about writing the next, so ...

You all have to live in New York?

Karen O: I live in Los Angeles now.

Nick: I live in Party Songs New York.

Brian: New York.

Nick: (softly) in the cold winter, hot in summer like the fame lady gaga.

What is smart with the music? You guys go far in New York, and engaged with the scene?

Nick: Brian has a little 'more, as I have Top 100 Songs of All Time recently. It 'was a shame that for some years, but has become so exciting again.

Brian: There's a singer, I like the fame lady gaga her as Judith Berkson.

Nick: I like this band called BIG A little 'a.
